Price Match Guarantee Terms & Conditions:

1. Eligibility for Price Match

   • The product must be identical in brand, model, and specifications.
   • The product must be in stock and available for immediate purchase from a verified competitor.
   • The competitor must be an authorized retailer within the United States, adhering to any applicable Minimum Advertised Price (MAP) policies set by the manufacturer.
   • The competitor’s price must be publicly advertised and verifiable at the time of the price match request.

2. Exclusions

   • We do not price match special promotions, including rebates, free offers, clearance sales, or liquidation sales.
   • Prices from membership-only retailers, wholesale clubs, or special program prices are excluded.
   • Any price comparison based on special financing, coupon discounts, or promotional codes is not eligible.
   • We do not price match prices that violate manufacturers’ MAP policies.

3. How to Request a Price Match

   • Provide proof of the lower price, such as a direct link to the product or a copy of the competitor’s ad.
   • Price match requests must be submitted prior to your purchase or within 14 days of placing your order with us.

4. Additional Conditions

   • Price match adjustments cannot be combined with other offers or promotions.
   • If we match a competitor’s price, any free items, or additional promotions associated with the original USA Grills Direct price may no longer apply.
   • USA Grills Direct reserves the right to decline a price match if it does not meet the above criteria or violates MAP policies.
