   Delivery usually takes between 2 to 7 business days, Special or backordered items may require additional time, and we will notify you accordingly.

4. Which courier services do you use for delivery?
   We primarily use UPS and FedEx for shipping, depending on the package size.

5. If an item is out of stock, can I place a backorder or special order?

7. Do you offer free shipping?
   Yes, we provide free shipping on orders of $300 and above within the continental United States (excluding Hawaii, Alaska, and Puerto Rico). International orders and shipments outside this area do not qualify for free shipping.

8. Do you ship internationally?
   Currently, we do not offer international shipping directly through our website. Please contact us via phone or email for a shipping price quote if you reside outside the continental USA.

9. Do you have a showroom?
   No, we don't have a showroom but in the near future we will! But we reside in Florida and our mailing address is located in Brandon, Florida. We operate warehouse locations across the United States, and our entire collection is available online.  Please note that our physical address in Brandon, Florida is used solely for mailing purposes. We operate exclusively online and do not have a physical retail location or storefront.
