*Shipping Rates*
- Free Shipping for orders $300 and over.
- Flat Shipping fee of $59.99 for orders under $300.
*Delivery Timeframes*
- Standard ground shipping typically takes 2-7 business days for delivery, depending on your location and the carrier's transit times. Monday - Friday
*Order Tracking*
- Once your order has shipped, you will receive a shipment confirmation email with tracking information. You can track your order directly through the carrier's website using the provided tracking number.
Side burners and all other Fire Magic grill components (except ignition and electronic parts) are warranted for three (3) years. Ignition systems (except batteries), electronic components, and grill accessories for one (1) year.
